Abstract

CSR practices show that a company is committed to protecting the interests of its stakeholders and making people more confident in their ability to stay in business for the long term. This can attract students to organizations that are considered a part of society. How an organization is known for its financial, environmental, and social performance can also give future generations confidence in its ability to run well.

CSR, GHRM, and an organization’s reputation can help keep employees by making them more likely to look for work. A UK survey showed that high-achieving graduates consider the environmental situation, company performance, and reputation when applying for employment (Raza et al 2021, Gaziet al 2023).
