Abstract

The present paper reports the experimental techniques for the preparation of water-based copper nanofluids by a two-step method.The synthesis of water-based copper nanofluids by the two-step method involves the initial preparation of copper nanoparticles, followed by their spectroscopic characterization and then dispersion in water to form a stable nanofluids suspension. In the first step, copper nanoparticles were synthesized in powder form by chemical reduction method.
