Abstract

The global talent pool presents a wealth of opportunities for organizations. The globalization of the workforce presents unprecedented challenges for Human Resources (HR) decision-making. Traditional methods struggle to keep pace with the complexities of managing a diverse talent pool across borders. However, capitalizing on this potential requires sophisticated HR strategies. This paper examines the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a transformative force in HR decision-making for the global era. AI ushers in a new paradigm, moving beyond traditional methods. Current paper analyses how AI's strengths, particularly in data analysis and pattern recognition, revolutionize decision-making. The paper also highlights the role of AI in enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and reducing bias in decision-making. Furthermore, the paper proposes strategies to achieve an optimal balance between AI and human expertise. These strategies include defining clear roles for AI and humans, prioritizing transparency in AI recommendations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning for human decision-makers.
