Abstract

For workers, researchers, and consultants, interpreting and comprehending technology automation and labour skill development is crucial since it influences learning at all levels, productivity, and strategic development. Assumptions about technology automation have the potential to both expand and limit what organisations may accomplish. Knowing which employees are devoted to a company is a useful tool for managing and creating a productive workplace. After labour skill development, it is especially advantageous to continue valuing employees' commitment because research has shown that change invariably affects commitment levels to some extent.
