Abstract

In organizational behavior, human resource management, and organizational management, job satisfaction is the subject that is explored the most. The purpose of this study is to identify some significant factors that contribute to female employees' job satisfaction.

There are several definitions for job satisfaction or employee satisfaction. Some people think it's only about how happy someone is with their job; that is, whether or not they enjoy their job or certain parts of it, such the type of work or the supervision.

An employee's degree of job satisfaction should be assessed by considering not just their relationships with coworkers, managers, and corporate regulations, but also the extent to which they are happy with their complete role. Employee productivity is crucial to achieving business goals in any organization. This highlights how important it is for small and large firms alike to keep an eye on employee happiness as a critical issue. To achieve this ultimate productivity, organizations should identify the major issues that might actually affect employee job happiness
