Technology is crucial for economic growth and development, and online marketing significantly contributes to business expansion. Nowadays, businesses can grow through traditional store-based marketing or modern online formats. Businesses no longer need to keep large inventories; they can operate on a demand-based model. This paper explores the advantages of online shopping from the perspective of respondents in a semi-urban area. The findings reveal that respondents perceive substantial benefits from online shopping. The study highlights the extensive potential of e-commerce and provides insights for businesses considering e-commerce strategies.
