Impact of Training and Development Programs on Enhancing Students' Skills at Selected Professional Institutes in the Indore Division

Abstract

The effectiveness of training and development programs in professional institutes is pivotal for enhancing students' skills and preparing them for the competitive job market. The focus of this empirical research is to investigate the effectiveness of training and development programs for enhancing the skills of students at selected professional institutes in the Indore division. The study aims to analyse the impact of these programs on students' professional skills, employability, and overall development. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research examines both quantitative and qualitative data to provide a comprehensive analysis. Data were collected through surveys and interviews with students, faculty, and training program coordinators. The findings indicate that well-structured training and development programs significantly improve students' practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and readiness for the job market.
