Abstract

                        Customer relationship management is a process utilized to develop and maintain a successful relationship between a company and its customers. This approach involves using the Internet, Extranet, and intranet to manage the various functions of the business. An e-CRM is an effective tool for communicating with customers. This strategy is carried out to identify the bank's most profitable prospects and customers. It also focuses on developing effective communication strategies to improve the customer experience. In order to stay competitive in today's environment, banks in India will have to learn the latest banking rules and improve their skills.
