Abstract

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has introduced significant reforms in India's education system, emphasizing skill-based learning and industry-oriented training. This paper explores the impact of NEP 2020 on technical and vocational education, focusing on the integration of real-world skills with academic curricula. By analyzing existing frameworks, the role of industry collaborations, and the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) system, this study highlights the potential for creating a workforce aligned with global and national economic needs. The paper also discusses challenges and recommendations for successful implementation.
