This paper attempts to ascertain the resources, services, and facilities that engineering college libraries offer to their patrons; it also seeks to identify the issues that these libraries face in providing improved services to patrons; and finally, it offers the best recommendations for the general development and enhancement of the libraries of the chosen engineering college libraries in Nagpur, Maharashtra. In order to achieve the study's goals, information was gathered using a structured questionnaire that included multiple questions that were designed with the study's goals in mind. This was done in addition to in-person interviews with librarians and library administrators and visits to specific libraries. The librarians or those in charge of the libraries chosen for the study filled it out. The gathered data was analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and relevant and doable recommendations were drawn from the results. This study is restricted to engineering college libraries at a few chosen engineering college libraries in Nagpur. The study looks at the tools, services, resources, and facilities that library patrons can access in this rapidly evolving environment. According to the survey, the libraries of all the chosen engineering college libraries in Nagpur have a sizable collection of library materials and offer their patrons user-focused library services. Furthermore, this research will offer recommendations to other engineering libraries on how to use cutting-edge practices and technology-driven services to improve user experiences.
