Abstract

The low back pain is a common problem of now a days. Our hectic and mechanical lifestyle is one of the major causes of this. In 2020, low back pain (LBP) affected 619 million people globally and it is estimated that the number of cases will increase to 843 million cases by 2050, driven largely by population expansion and ageing (1).

           The present case report represents the patient of lower back pain (LBP) visited to CBPACS, New Delhi. Patient was suffering from low back pain and multiple joint pain at the time of visit and 14 days Yoga intervention was provided to the patient for pain management, which helped the patient in relieving the pain and improving the muscular strength and quality of life significantly.
