Abstract

The incidence of autism spectrum disorder is strikingly high among contemporary generations, with current estimates indicating that in India, approximately 1 in every 68 children is affected by this condition, highlighting a significant public health concern that warrants immediate attention. Children diagnosed with autism endure a multitude of developmental obstacles that not only impede their overall growth and learning but also lead to significant developmental delays, thereby resulting in a variety of behavioral challenges that are commonly observed within this unique population.
