This study investigates consumer behavior towards health and dietary supplements, aiming to understand preferences, attitudes, and factors influencing supplement choices. A sample of 600 participants was surveyed, and data were analyzed using statistical methods including cross-tabulations, chi-square tests, and factor analysis. Results indicate a moderate level of perceived importance or usage of supplements, with significant associations found between demographic variables and supplement usage. Factor analysis identifies underlying factors influencing consumer preferences. However, limitations such as self-report bias and sample representativeness are acknowledged. Overall, findings contribute valuable insights into consumer behavior in the health and wellness industry, aiding stakeholders in product development and marketing strategies. Further research is recommended to explore the intricacies of consumer behavior in this evolving market landscape. This study underscores the importance of understanding consumer preferences to meet the needs and expectations of the target market effectively.
